The concept of home inspections for potential home buyers/sellers is to educate and to inform current and future "caretakers" of current concerns to make a "sound, investigative" choice.
Our history
The concept of home inspections came from my early days while attending university studying to become a Public Health Inspector. Life made a few twists and turns over the years ranging from plumbing, gas fitting, fireplaces, tow truck driver, water treatment installation and servicing to having the dream of inspecting homes for potential buyers and sellers. In the 20+ years of experience servicing clients in my other roles, I have gained the experience and knowledge of customer service and satisfaction.
